Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Handling
All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched:
- Domestic (US): Standard shipping 5–8 business days; Expedited 2–3 business days
- International: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates unless otherwise stated.
